When you look at your Outlook inbox and see hundreds of emails in it, do you wonder Have I missed something really important?"
How would you know? Do you sit looking at your inbox like a deer stunned by the headlights of a car?

The Outlook Calendar is where your Ezidoesit tasks end up when they are scheduled. If you have have appointments or meetings in your calendar, then Ezidoesit schedules the tasks around these. If you have an 8 hour task to complete and there is not enough time to finish it in the day it starts, then Ezidoesit schedules the task over multiple days, and tasks can be scheduled over multiple days for a specific number of hours each day.
In Outlook 2007, critical and high priority tasks display in red and orange, while medium and low priority tasks display in yellow and green.
Ezidoesit tasks are smart tasks; if you drag and move them around to different times or even days in the Outlook calendar, their task details in Ezidoesit are automatically updated in Ezidoesit.
