This is where your Ezidoesit tasks end up when they are scheduled. If you have have appointments or meetings in your calendar, then Ezidoesit schedules its tasks around these events.
If you have an 8 hour task to complete and there is not enough time to finish it in the day it starts, then Ezidoesit schedules the task over multiple days.
In Outlook 2007, critical and high priority tasks display in red and orange, while medium and low priority tasks display in yellow and green.
Ezidoesit tasks are smart tasks; if you drag and move them around to different times or even days in the Outlook calendar, their task details in Ezidoesit are automatically updated in Ezidoesit.
In the Settings option you can add regular breaks such as lunch, or black out times where you do not want tasks scheduled. Ezidoesit schedules tasks around these times.
You can also define what time you start and finish work each day.
